The Advanced Service is a premium-level maintenance and performance restoration package for embalming machines that are aging, underperforming, or operating inconsistently. It includes in-depth mechanical and electrical servicing to bring the unit as close to like-new condition as possible—without a full rebuild.
Complete System Disassembly & Cleaning
The unit is opened and all major components—including the pump, valves, tubing, and control housings—are thoroughly cleaned to remove residue, buildup, and contaminants.
Precision Component Inspection
Internal parts are checked for signs of fatigue, corrosion, or mechanical wear. Critical parts are tested individually for performance accuracy.
Replacement of High-Wear Components
Includes replacement of seals, gaskets, tubing, O-rings, pressure regulators, and any visibly worn parts. Premium parts used where applicable.
Electrical System Refresh
Wiring, switches, circuit connections, and timers are inspected, cleaned, and resecured. Faulty or unstable components are repaired or replaced as needed.
Pressure & Flow System Recalibration
Pump, valve, and regulator systems are recalibrated for accurate fluid pressure and consistent flow across all output settings.
Exterior Refitting & Tightening
Structural integrity of the unit is reinforced. Fasteners, handles, lids, and mounts are tightened or replaced to ensure the machine is safe, solid, and presentable.
Final Bench Test & Quality Assurance
Machine is fully reassembled, tested under load, and verified for stable performance. All outputs are measured and recorded.

You receive a comprehensive inspection and service summary, including all replaced components, final test readings, and future maintenance recommendations.
